Building analytics on HighLevel is tricky — the platform doesn’t always send every event (e.g., appointment status changes, opportunity updates).
That creates gaps you can’t plan around.We solved this with Streamlined's new Data Integrity System that automatically backfills missed events.
Most accounts are seeing ~99% reliability now, and installing our snapshot pushes that to about ~99.9%.
How it works:
- Activity detected → 12-hour timer set. Any contact activity (calls, appointments, messages, tags) resets the timer.
- Timer expires → we re-check the contact. We fetch opportunities, appointments, tasks, notes, and conversations to capture anything HighLevel missed.
- Simple automation snapshot. A lightweight workflow adds/removes a “Recent Activity” tag to ensure Streamlined gets signal and schedules the backfill.
Note: Backfills are “eventually consistent.” If a contact keeps having activity, we’ll keep resetting the timer to ensure we capture everything without hammering your account.
