The plan here is a big one.

To create an all-in-one reporting dashboard that gives you metrics about:

• Contacts
• Phone calls
• Messages
• Contact sources
• Users

This would allow for a huge unlock in agency reporting, when you can see all of your clients’ performance in a single dashboard.

Then eventually, I could add:

• Automated reports to send to your clients
• An AI “chat with your business” that could pull relevant data about your business/clients when you ask
