I made a friend recently who has Yelp Partner Program access to their API.
This means that we could set up a custom conversation provider (like Whatsapp) which would allow you to send messages back and forth:
- This would be all fully integrated with the CRM
- It would message to the Yelp proxy number so there’s no need to get the lead’s phone number right away
